          01:28-01:30: Just OM and YL taking turns talking. Faint but sounds like news program

7700u 02:07 Unid dig sig bursts. Lasts about 2 sec. Really strong sig.

8201u 02:27 Unid 2 OM's heard "roger, roger". English but heavy accent. heard "poor people" and "give me            the number" Almost sounds like Jamican accent. Sencond party very weak.
